I could swear MARO saw me singing my heart out to “I Don’t Want To Feel That Way” and gave a big smile that my husband happened to photograph at the perfect moment. A perfect experience to see our first Eurovision artist. MARO and NASAYA were outstanding together, as well as the openers, Ruby Ploom and Maddie Jay.

Great concert, Ollie Wride always puts on a good show. I saw him in LA a couple years back. That venue was better than Brighton Music Hall, but Ollie was just as good. The mixing at Brighton Music Hall isn't always that great, vocals tend to get drowned out by the bass but the mixing for Ollie was almost perfect. Only when he got quiet was it hard to hear him. Overall I really enjoyed the performance. He's a really great artist, he deserves a bigger platform. I look forward to the next time he comes around to Boston.

It was a pretty good show. Doors opened at 7, no opener, just Com who started at 830 and ended at 10. He also did photos at the end of his show with fans. I felt the bass was too heavy most of the show. The best parts were when he balanced the bass with the synths. The bass might not have been his fault though, I feel that venue has bad acoustics for bass. I had eargasm earbuds in and it was still overwhelming. The younger crowd cheered when the bass was overwhelming, but I enjoyed his synths the most, hopefully he understands what makes him unique is his use of synths in his routine and continues that.
