This was my 3rd time seeing The Word Alive. They always sound amazing. I especially enjoyed this particular show. The song selection was great, but what I enjoyed the most was the small venue and being able to get close to the band without having people crowd surf over my head (although I do enjoy watching the crowd surfers at other events). It made me feel more connected being such a small crowd. Great show. Hopefully I'll get to see them again in the future.

My daughter and I had a blast, and on the drive home, she couldn’t stop talking about how much fun she had. I do believe she got a little star struck after we got selfies with Telle and Lee, along with their signatures on her shorts. We will definitely be in the crowd any time any of these bands come back around. 100% worth the 3 hour drive, battling the Houston traffic, and waiting in line in the heat and humidity.

The Word Alive was incredible, truly one of the best bands I have ever had the experience of seeing live, and meeting.
I liked the set up at the GreensboroColiseum Complex, lots of bathrooms, great employees. I did have an issue with the bag policy, because I have a specific guitar shaped bag that I take to concerts and get signed by the artists. I see no reason to make the bags so small, when you search them.
On the whole I had a great time, and if you get the chance to see The Word Alive in concert, you should go!

The bands were great - they all get five stars. I especially loved the Word Alive and Nerv but the crowd just wasn't as into them as I was. Probably because the floor was drenched in liquid and more like an ice rink sliding around than an actual floor. Four stars because staff wouldn't clean it up (or let fans) between shows. As such people didn't move much and the atmosphere was less fun. One of the worst mosh pit floors for sure (waxed wood maybe?) Also two chandelier brackets weren't properly secured and potentially just hanging by their wire. Gladly, no one in attendance was an electrical inspector.

The show was incredible! Can’t believe those guys had already played 17 shows in a row with only one day off! They went hard! 🔥 the energy and atmosphere were amazing, absolutely recommend seeing them live!
On top of that was the VIP experience. They’re all absolute sweethearts, talking to them and taking pictures was awesome 🖤

The Word Alive is a headliner as far as I'm concerned. They have a ton of energy and connect with the crowd. The show wasn't as rowdy as The Palladium, but it was still awesome. Big Night Live is an amazing new venue in Boston. It has a big event feel with an up-close and personal experience. The best part is being able to meet the bands and personally thank them. I was able to get a photo with a few performers and I got the chance to just hang out and talk to them. Tyler Smith is an amazing person. He hung out after their set to take pictures with fans and thank us for coming to the show. I've seen The Word Alive before and I will see them again. I look forward to them coming back to Boston, and I'm definitely going to more concerts at Big Night Live.

They put on the best concert of my life with Ekoh, Catch Your Breath & From Ashes to New as the headliner. This band did so good with crowd work and really setting the tone for the show! They put everything they had into their set like they were the headliners. Slow Burn was a bucket list song, so im very happy I was there to see it! I hope they come back again as Headliners so I can see them!

There aren’t a lot of bands I will do a very fast turn around to see , The Word Alive is at the top of that list.
VIP was a blast , got to hear Dreamer for sound check .
If you could make this tour and you didn’t , you missed out.

Been a TWA fan almost 10 years, this was my first time seeing them live, and purchased VIP access and tickets. I was blown away not just by TWA but also the opening bands: Mortal After All, The Lives Of Many, Nerv, and Dark Divine. All groups had tons of talent and now a new fan! I was so amazed how humble these guys are in person. Random but the merch/content guy was super cool too. It was a great crowd and staff of the venue were helpful and welcoming and I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. 100/10 I had high expectations but wow let’s just say I’m sticking around forever. Much love to Telle, Zack, Jose, Daniel, and merch man (lol sorry I forgot your name) 🖤
*Just buy the tickets!!!*

The entire show from start to finish was fantastic. There were 4 opening acts and each were great, but when The Word Alive took the stage you realize there are levels to this stuff. They are better now than they have ever been, and they performed a perfect playlist covering their 15 year run.
Also have to give an assist to the crowd, because an active bunch audience members make a world of difference. They didn’t have to be reminded what they were there for.
Bravo to all parties involved, including Hanger 1819.

Was an absolutely stellar show. The word alive gave a very strong performance and had no weak points. Dark Divine despite being a relatively new band has the stage presence of a much more seasoned band. Nerv was an absolute surprise I listened and liked several of their songs but was not sure what to expect however I will most definitely plan on seeing them again. Lantic Blue the local opener I had seen once before and they are a very young band but have all the parts you would expect from an older band.

Performed better than expected. Compared to the last time I saw them in November, they greatly improved in their performance as it was much smoother this time. They did perform a cover which, in their own words, was better than the original (totally forgot the song…) and also their latest single they just released. TWA did promise they had a new album coming up for release in a few months. The crowd was pretty wild for them up until the lead started thanking the other bands & crowd as he mentioned the old folks were here for PE. He even made a cougar joke! It was interesting that this time the lead made no mention of mental health where in November he went on a well-spoken mini-rant. TWA started on time, had great crowd interaction and played near continuously. They also had AV’s lead sing with them during a song and it was pretty adorable watching the two leads dance together. TWA’s lead did a super high jump at one point. Once again, they were pro-other bands and pro E27 staff, asking the crowd to remember tipping merch sellers & bartenders. TWA’s backdrop was a simple gif loop of their name. My only two mehs were the bassist kept taking puffs off vapes from crowd randos and vocals. The crowd would throw their vape to him, he’d catch, puff, then throw back out. Gross. I did feel like the lead’s voice could’ve been brought out more above the instruments. Other than that, it was a great performance & I would want to see them again. Maybe I’ll get a t-shirt next time?

I love seeing all the opening acts because you find 'diamonds in the rough' like The Word Alive. They put on a headliner performance and laid the path for Pop Evil. The lead singer, Tyler Smith reminds me of Noah Sebastian from Bad Omens. The range they have and the stage presence is incredible. I look forward to more shows and more music in the future.
Worcester, MA@Palladium
They mainly played a lot of new stuff. Which isn’t the best but not the worst either. I’m more of the old school the word alive from warped tour days. Those days were the best. I’ve seen them live 3 times and they always put on a great show. Only if they would mix it up and play new and old songs. Then it would have been a better show.

These guys are the real deal! Such great performers, so genuine and down to earth, they clearly love what they are doing and care about connecting with their fans. They even brought my 7 & 9 year old kids up on stage for a couple songs! And they took the time to time meet us and take a picture after the show. They have a couple lifetime fans right here! See you guys again in April!

VIP was amazing. The show was phenomenal. If you are on the fence get off it and go. Solid set list . If you are a fan and are contended about the change in members don’t be. They have this dialed in .
Go see them, say hi and enjoy life music.

Saw these guys twice last week and although they are very talented and entertains live I’m not overly fussed with hearing anything off their album Dark Matter, just can’t get into it and would love to hear more songs off of their far superior album Real as only got Play the Victim and Lighthouse in London and neither of those at Slamdunk. Violent Noise seems a god offering though. Will definitely check them again in the future.

So good! Loved being able to see Islander for the second time. Volumes was a band that I never heard of but REALLY dig their sound. This was my first time being able to see The Word Alive and I was so excited. I fell in love with this band after hearing Life Cycles and quickly became a fan. They had great stage presence and the set list was really good. Definitely can't wait for them to come back!!

The Color Morale is my absolute favorite band to go see. They're all so humble and personable. Garret always runs the Merch table year after year and encourages fans to come meet them, hangout, and take pictures together. They're so appreciative of everyone. Their music touches so many people and helps everyone get through hard times, it's also incredibly good, and his vocals are amazing. I will always go to see them.

LineUp: Taking on Poseidon, Sylar, Like Moths to Flames, Chelsea Grin, The Word Alive. Everyone put on a hell of a show. TWA was missing their drummer, though. Luke Holland is a big influence on me and I was a little disappointed for not seeing him. It was otherwise a great show at a shitty venue, like any fun metal show :)
